What is Office365 Contacts?

Office365 Contacts is the contacts module of Microsoft 365, where organisations keep their business contacts in one place. For Cloud Group this is mainly an integration method: a way to connect your existing Microsoft 365 contacts to your telephony.

By connecting Office365 Contacts to Cloud Group's cloud telephony you synchronise your contact data automatically with your phone system. Incoming numbers are recognised against your Microsoft 365 address book, so you know who is calling without maintaining a separate contact file. That lets you build a coupling on top of your existing Microsoft environment that keeps contacts current and makes every caller recognisable.
